Here's a checklist of things I usually need for my presentation.



1) An LCD projector to project my research photos.*


2) A screen.


3) The cable to connect my computer to your LCD projector. (The cable end looks like a rectangle with rounded corners, slightly bigger at the top than the bottom.)


4) A room that can be darkened so the audience can see the photos.


5) Two long tables to set up my display of touchable items and more photos.




*My equipment is Macintosh, but I am able to also connect to equipment within a PC environment. If you have built-in projection which includes a computer, I can bring my presentation (in Microsoft PowerPoint software) on a zip disk, or email it.
